 I have a terrible computer and when I click restore nothing happens. But when I restart or shut down my computer my actual desktop comes up. It's an anime version of Atair.

I get that on my account on the College's network, but when I click "Restore" I get an Error and I can't have a go at fixing it beacause we can't do fuck all on the Colleges network.
