I played a few months back for the free two week trail and after banging my head against the screen for days because of the steep learning curve and squinting to the point that my eyes burned all night from trying to read those tiny fonts at 1920x1200 I walked away not being able to succumb to a pay to play game.
Well... it's been calling me. I broke down and signed up for another 14 day trial and have decided to cough up the first couple months payment. Talked a good buddy of mine into playing for the first time as well. We're both wanna-be astronomers so it's definitely up our alley. Someone stole HeXploiT (which I created years ago and was pure and unique at the time) so I'm known as HeXxPloiT.
Anyone else currently playing?

i started playing again for a little while with the hop that Eve's introduction to steam would bring some other pDsers out, but we failed to generate enough interest. right now im in the process of setting up long skills for when my account shuts off. I think Murdy is still in there, and there is a pDs corp, but other than that i think we're generally inactive.

Also, in all honesty, Eve failed to hold my attention. I cant really pinpoint as to why, all I know is that everytime i log in and look at my list of possibilities, i get very discouraged and just end up checking skills for some reason. frankly, $15 a month isnt worth some random list of skills that say you can do things that you cant even remotely afford.
