To my limited knowledge the .bsp file only contains the polymaps, light w/texture placement and when and what sounds to play. I'm about 80% sure they don't contain the actual sound files. The sounds are downloaded separately from the .bsp into their own folder. Now this is where you'll have to find a solution. The map's main sounds are located in X:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\yourname\team fortress 2\tf\maps\soundcache. You'd need to find a way to extract them. This is a guess. If I'm wrong, then I have no fucking idea. Win Cookies Awarded: 7 (bawwwwww)

if its in the .bsp file, a (free) program call GCFScape should be able to extract it. kinda like unzipping a compressed file. i'm too lazy to create a link, just google it and you will find it.

Come on llenta, you know better then that. To extract anything from a bsp (if its a custom file such as a sound), you will need pakrat to open the bsp to get the files. GCFScape will allow you to open the gcf files that contain all the stock content which will have all the game files including, sounds, stock maps, textures, models, and everything else related to the default game.
So, if you want something that is custom out of a map - pakrat. If you want something that is stock - gcfscape. Plus, gcfscape doesnt open bsp files, only gcf files. Hope this helps.
