Anyway, this isn't the first time I've heard about you starting shit with other players.

My advice to you is to cool it, or we'll just rid ourselves of you.

You're getting kicked because you continuously run your mouth, make blanket accusations, and start shit with other players.

Consider this your warning.

I get all my info from the detailed reports my admins post or send to me via chat programs. I then painstakingly review all relevant game logs and admin logs. The I ask a variety of people to give me their impression on the given situation. I stand by my admins always. They are hand selected and voted on by the admin team. They are well familiar with our rules. They can make mistakes. Depending on the mistakes they make, they can be removed. I am very mechanic in my order of operations in terms of dealing with a variety of players.

You know exactly what you're doing. I've dealt with 50 or so players like you. You act like a jackhole in the servers, then when admins comment about your behavior (one of the server rules is "Don't be a dick") you start into a campaign to turn the whole situation around on the admin and call it a power trip and that you're being abused.

Then you come here with the sole intention of getting one of my most trusted admins in trouble by making a post making it sound like he's kicking tons of people for no reason, when in fact he only kicked you.

Are you familiar with the term "cumulative effect"?

Basically, all your shit piles up over time until eventually we're just tired of you.  That is what we're dealing with at this very moment.

In your defense, however, in THIS situation you weren't warned properly. I have spoken to Bike. However, our admins are people, not robots. They make mistakes from time to time (not that kicking you was a mistake after reading the logs).

You bring the atmosphere of the game down with your negative bullshit and I'm not going to stand for it much longer.

If you want to keep pushing the issues I can go through all the server logs and cite every single one of your asshole moments if you'd like... but  that's going to take me an hour or so to sift through the logs, and I it might solidify my opinion of you.

I just GOTTA chime in since you decided to take a "legalistic" angle with your final argument...

It's called hearsay, and it's only prohibited (with certain exceptions) in a court of law. On these servers, WDF? is the judge that's free to craft his own rules of evidence, and to continue the analogy, admins are like the police force. He may make the decision to listen to what an admin says you were saying (hearsay, alright, but so what), but in a courtroom, a he-said-she-said between a criminal suspect and a police officer will almost always come down in favor of the officer. Why would it be any less here?

And given that it seems WDF? has plenty of access to non-hearsay evidence of your conduct, your argument doesn't really hold a lot of water, does it?
