you have to preorder it on steam to be able to play it before it's released. i think we're technically playing a beta, but I doubt it will change any on the 10th. hope we helped. Love D. The only problem I have with paypal is it takes like a week for it to pull funds out of my bank account before I can even use it. Plus I'd rather have a hard copy of the DVD then steam download. I hate steam and I wish all these games would work online without it. Steam only causes lag and slows everything down.
