ok, school is now back in session with a complete facelift. After terrorists blew up the cafeteria, a new vaulted roof was added with a nice view of the outside  speaking of windows, the school also recieved a grant that gave them some extra money to install a few more windows around the level also. But even thought this school is open again, the work isn't completely done as seen in this next screenshot. Some of the walls still need to be plastered up, but thats ok. Seriously, who knows a school that isn't under construction in one way or another.  finally, this school finally got the money for their shower room. when this school opened, they ran out of money before the showers in the bathroom could be installed. Now, with money from the grant, they finally got their shower room above the bathroom.  But as usual, the construction isn't finished even though it is functional. as you can see from this next screenshot and the previous one, the hole in the bathroom roof and the shower floor where the pipe runs through is a bit large. when construction is finished, expect this hole to get cleaned up a bit (if moeny doesn't fall short again)  Other changes include a retextured yard on both sides with new stadium style lighting. the spawn rooms were reworked for a new fresh feeling. And of course, the det pack works again.

yes i tweeked the lighting a lot. its a lot darker now, but a lot more real in my opinion. i did notice that when this level loaded up that the flag capture got stuck like in 2_fort. i can not reproduce this problem when i test it on my own computer so i can't really test for new solutions unless i release new versions and play them on the crypt. but, i will take a look at the trigger delays and maybe see if the timing is just too short and the flag is getting caught. i will play around a bit and maybe see if i can come up with a solution. if i remember right, kusa builds his scoring setup with trigger_multiples and i build mine with trigger_multiple and trigger_teleport. since we are both having the same problem, it leads me to believe that it probably isn't the triggers, but maybe something else.

You might want to recheck with Kusa. He rebuilt flag capping in 2fort 8d to stop the flag from getting stuck and to the best of my knowledge it seems to be working so far. I cannot recall any incidents since the upgrade to the new version. Once Known as Grumpy... Oh hell lets face it... I have and will always be Grumpy

Meh- I'm 2 days late- but lemme say this one one of my favs in CTF when I had the cloak- but now with the facelift and updates I'm betting it'll be my fav in DM now too   [20:39] {pDs} t3h Cam3l: hey craig, how do i set up a private server? Well...
Some Lisa person from Swe I think dropped in on the Graveyard and gave Cantrip and I a real lesson on how School is supposed to be done. We got our noses beat into the dirt but it was alot of fun. Now that I have a better idea of how this map is supposed to be played I have to say that it is one of my favorites now.
Oh well Cantrip.. We can say we learned something new in School today. Once Known as Grumpy... Oh hell lets face it... I have and will always be Grumpy

Ya. LISA (swe) stayed on for shipping. She/he wasn't bunny hopping very much so I asked if she/he knew how. Yes was the response in broken English or Dragon spelling, then she/he typed for her rank. She was like #126 out of 600 or so. Nice person to be killed by, and yes, Grumps and I were handed our asses on a platter this morning.
She and those playing with her/him/it were working the hole in the shower room. At one point Grumps commented on how they seem to know the map better than we did.
And yes, we did learn something in school today -play on the same team as LISA. You should be more like Cantrip.  Twitchy: "I pulled a Cantrip . . ."
