After you nubs hit 30 grab this. it helps a lot.

It is by far the fastest way to level unfortunatly it only works after level 30 so you have to get there on your own first which isn't exactly hard.
Go to Westfall and do the quests there especially the entire Defias Brotherhood quest chain. Run Deadmines (VanCleef) a few times to get near your 20s.
In Deadmines any melee class should run it enough times to get a Cruel Barb from Vancleef or a set of Defias Armor if you are a rogue.
Any Casters/druids should run it enough times to get the Emberstone staff. Both of these items will last you quite a few levels especially if you are broke.
At that point you have 3 choices:
Menethil Harbor (Wetlands), Lakeshire (Redridge Mountains), or Darkshire.
Menethil is North of Loch Modan which is east of Iron Forge,
Redridge is East of Stormwind on the path.
Darkshire is east of Westfall.
I always started with Redridge and after the quest exp started to dry up I hit up Darkshire. There are plenty of quests in both areas.It had gotten to the point for me that I was done with both areas so I hit up a few quests in Menethil.
