Great, now that I have your attention, I have a question, because as far as I remember, you're the guy that flips domains, right? I have one I want, but it's currently taken by a Tucows subsidiary. Quote:This domain name is part of the OpenSRS Personal Names Service and is one of the Tucows owned portfolio of personal domain names. Learn more about the Personal Names Service . If you have any questions about this domain name or website, please email pninquiry[at]tucows.com (replace "[at]" with "@").
Hover is a name you can trust. Our parent company is Tucows, a publicly-traded technology company with a head office in Toronto and serving customers worldwide since 1994. Fully ICANN-accredited, Hover's customer support is second to none in the industry. How do I get this domain from their grasp? silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... Thanks. Also, I could totally use a teeth cleaning. Last time I went to the dentist, they laughed at my destitute childhood and subsequent inability to afford braces. silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... I have 10 younger siblings and I am only 20....

I was expecting some new ego-drama to unfold. You know, you could have your teeth pulled and I could make you a sweet set of dentures. I'm thinking some like the ones in the Artemis Fowl series - clear acrylic teeth that have a mixture of blue oil and water in them. Freaking awesome, eh? I don't know why I'd want blue oil and water in my acryllic teeth, but if I can drill my crunk ice in to them then, to quote 'Lil Jon: "'Lil Jon" wrote:YEAAAAAAA. silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... I have 10 younger siblings and I am only 20....

I dunno, depends on if it is for sale or not. If it is, you are going to fork over a lot of money. If its not, there isn't much you can do. If you are a trademark owner, the domain includes your trademark (ie you own the name HolyJaw® and they have holyjaw.com), and the registered it after you got the trademark, then you can take them to court. Except I think you have to go to ICANN arbitration, which only takes place in souther California. And if you are going up a popular registrar, which you would be, you will probably lose because ICANN doesn't want to piss off the people who it makes its money from.

Well the good news is I live in So Cal. The bad news is I don't own the trademark. Quote:We passionately believe that our use of each of our shared domains is a lawful and non-infringing use. The domain names that make up our Personal Names Service are critical business assets, and we will and do defend them when forced to do so.
Of course, we greatly prefer communication over litigation, so if you feel that you have a genuine trademark or other legal concern related to our use of one of these shared domain names, please write to domain_management[at]tucows.com (replace "[at]" with "@" and note the underscore) and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Please note that we have a long and successful history of defending our legitimate use of our 40,000+ shared domain names and the many clients who use these domains for their email and web address. This is the same portfolio of domain names that was reviewed and judged to be a non-infringing use of common surnames in Avery Dennison Corp. v. Sumpton, 189 F.3d 868 (9th Cir. 1999), and we continue to win UDRP claims that are filed against our shared domains. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh. Ughhhhhhh. Fuckers. FUCKERS. silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... I have 10 younger siblings and I am only 20....

Yeah, sounds like its some sort of business email service with the fine print of "You don't actually own the domain, we do, so keep giving us money." If you send me the domain, I can look into for you, but it won't be until Saturday since I have the final of "Doom, Death, Rape, and Complete Destruction" on Friday.

Is that the course title? Dude, I'd join that class just to have it on my transcript. If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe. - Carl Sagan My Backpack

Around here, being a douchebag is a pretty good thing. Don't stress. Check your PMs. silverwasp wrote:Be careful what you wish for... I have 10 younger siblings and I am only 20....

you're whining about first year calc? I'd give my left nut to go play with first year calc again. Love that stuff. Need any help? Rest of calc series offer still applies.
