What you have to do is sit in a chair or on the edge of your bed - someplace where you won't fall off. Then put your head between your knees and just shake your head every which way as violently as you can. Then sit up perfectly straight with your head level and don't move for 30 seconds.

Ooh! Ooh! Whats also fun is to...

1: Take your left arm and hold it out
2: Take your right arm and put it under your left arm so you make an X-thingy with your arms
3: Using your right arm, bend it under your left arm and pinch your nose. You'll kind of look like a retarded elephant.
4: Bend over and spin in a counter clockwise direction
5: Run as fast as you can.

Its fun.

Thank you Razor, I think I just found a new spray.

On a side note does that lady not realize she is riding crawdad backwards? I thought it was common knowledge that crawdads swim backwards.

Any thread, however innocuous when begun, (d)evolves to this level within a maximum of ten posts on this forum.

Virus - I haven't been to the doctor. Don't be angry with me!

I have, however, realized that Razor was probably right - my sinuses began draining with a vengeance yesterday.

I hope you feel back to normal soon. Vertigo must make playing TF2 pretty unpleasant.

It is like I am on a boat playing TF2. Can I blame my poor scores on vertigo?

EEEK!! Dont't shake your head violently, it's bad for your brain!! Haha, really though, Cantrip is very much on the right track with his comment except there is a specific maneuver to help clear the stuff from your inner ear canal - the Epley Maneuver - in which you don't have to jostle your poor brain around! The home health company I work for has trained our PTs and PTAs on how to clear it. It's pretty cool. Too bad they don't train their SLPs, I think it would be cool to do! (except when it make people throw up on you... that's not cool).

So, Cantrip, I know not everyone has a working brain around here but Mrs. C does and we don't want her hurting hers! :)

Mrs. C, have you taken some allergy meds to see if that helped? You need to be proactive about this, it's definitely not normal to just start feeling dizzy! There's obviously lots of things it could be and even though it's probably something minor it's better to take care of it ASAP! Titanium and I would be sad if anything happened to your hot self! ;)
