Primarily the med packs. They're incredibly counter-productive because typically whoever the medic was healing picks the health pack up when the medic dies so the person attacking them, instead of feeling great for taking out a key target and having just a another weakened target left, feels a sense of doom because the person he was attacking suddenly is at full health again. To me, it feels like the person being healed is REWARDED for letting his medic be killed and the person who killed the medic penalized slightly.

Yeah, it definitely affects gameplay pretty dramatically. Pulling off the heal-yourself as medic when you're under fire always feels cool. Learning to use it right really increases your odds of survival. I think the idea behind it was that as you die, you help your team one last time. It's less useful on engineers, since they're rarely at the front lines where ammo is a necessity.

I enjoy the tweak, but it causes awful habits to develop. It's a pretty popular mod, so I don't know if it'll go unless the community can agree on it.

I love the medi-drop. The worst thing as a medic is being on fire. Dropping the medkit to save myself is a great tool.

I don't mind people picking up medkits from dead medics. Its more of a "stupid medic, you got yourself killed" than a "stupid person, you let your medic get killed".

It does make bad habits. I'd need to practice not using it before I'd go into some sort of competitive match.

I don't see how it could be a reward. Yes, you have a full health right there, however, if you were being healed, you are prolly buffed, so you can't use that health anyways. Plus, if somebody is going after a medic combo, they most likely have a medic themselves. I think it is good, because you will lose some health when killing a medic combo, so if you kill them, you are rewarded with heath. Plus, you can go after medics when you are low.

I love the ability to drop a medic pack. It has saved me many times while healing a line of teammates in front of me after getting hit by a sniper or pyro. The worst thing that can happen to a medic is to die. Your can't be healing while waiting for spawn. Doing the med pack drop has cut down on my uber numbers but allows the medic to be more effective at his main task: keeping as many team-mates alive for as long as posibble
