Here's the deal. August is too short notice for anyone to really make travel plans. September during PAX (when we normally have it) is during Burning Man and therefore Sirus and Dick Cheney won't be here, and they need to be here. So how about later this year? What's a good holiday that people could make it to our event for? Seattle weather is gonna start sucking more when september rolls around, I say the weekend before PAX, then anyone who also wants to go to that can make a week vacation. I mainly just want it to be sooner, lol.

It will be here. Not in Vegas. I'm aiming for the third weekend in August. I know it's short notice, but things have been hectic lately (my family just disintegrated... for example). It will happen.
