The only problem with the dead ringer is that, with ragdolls disabled, you can easily tell when it's a "fake" kill because you see the spy ragdoll fly when it normally wouldn't.

Plus there is a very loud noise the spy makes when he comes out of the dead ringer cloak. Since I found that out I haven't been surprised by one of them.
