Take a look at this. I really like what it does...automatically! Our current auto-balance plug-in doesn't seem to be very good and this seems like a great alternative.

It definitely would make team scrambling less of a one-sided vote. Usually, the winning team never wants to scramble because they know they have a good setup. Scrambling would add more time to the map making it longer than it should of been which would be bad for rotational servers. Unless you can get rid of the addition time from the scramble then it's good.

I think that this scramble plugin doesn't restart the map. It would just scramble the teams and the timeleft would continue to tick down.

Im pretty sure it just does a scramble command automatically so no admin has to be in the server or a vote to go through and fail. The scramble command always adds time to the map.

I'm pretty sure you are wrong...but then again...I could be. I don't seem to remember any unusually long maps when I have scrambled the teams.
