I was wondering how hard it would be to become a server admin for at least the TF2 Tempest servers. I have been starting to play a lot more and have seen an abnormally high number of ignorant things going on: spamming, aimbotting, racist language, etc. Last time I asked about this, a few months ago, I was told you need to be nominated, or something like that, but I'm not sure.

I believe you need to formally apply on the forum and then once you do that, you have a current admin vouch for you. Once that happens there is a 7-day poll for admins to vote you in. I would suggest asking current admins you are familiar with to vouch for you to see if we can get the vote going quicker.
