Unless this was fixed last night, this doesn't seem to work quite as well as TF2's default auto-balance. If, say, a round of Dustbowl starts at 14 vs. 9 or some other unbalanced number, the auto-balance will not kick in until the point is either being contested or captured (I'm not too sure which it is) instead of the default's method of auto-balancing between rounds and after any death or point capture. Generally, people don't seem to switch teams without the game forcing them to. On Dustbowl, especially, the losing team often loses 4-5 people at the beginning of each round which makes it hard to push if teams are not balanced early on.

There was a setting for "auto balance after round start" that was 45 seconds and I cut it down to 5 seconds. That was a few days ago now.
