I've been playing on the tempest servers ever since i bought tf2 and i'm always active. I report abusers and mic spammers all the time to the admins. But sometimes no one is on to help me out. If there's a chance of me becoming an admin i would make sure the servers are clear of all abusers. -midnight-shadow-

Thanks for voicing your interest in being an admin on Tempest. In order for get a vote for you initiated, there are a couple requirements you have to meet (listed in this thread). Specifically as it applies here: Quote:A current Server Admin must nominate you to the vote and vouch for your worthiness to be an admin. Feel free to contact an admin in private or post in the forums, but be aware your vote will not proceed until you are formally nominated. The admin nominating you should obviously have played with you or have some sense of how you'll do as an admin. Simply requesting that a random admin nominate you isn't enough (since their reputation is on the line should you go nuts with your newfound powers). My advice would be to get in touch, in-game, on Steam or in the forums, with an admin who's seen you in action or knows you a bit, and see if they'll sponsor you. don't thank me, it's not that great a job and the pay sucks.
But mostly live up to it. I think you're alright but don't go being a douche or nothing, and especally don't abuse any privledges you may be granted. Keep up the playing and the mapping and being a member of the community and it'll be appreciated.

Well, I hate being the bearer of bad news. Your Administration vote has ended with a no. You can feel free to reapply at your own discretion. Keeping active on the servers and (in your case, especially) the forums is the best way to get to know the other admins and greatly improve your chances of being accepted. Thanks for applying!
