Did they really make everything so much easier? I mean, I guess it doesn't mean much to anyone to have the mount lowered to 30, or the fact that even with all my accrued rest time I'll probably have infinite 2x exp, but damn, man. I heard they nerfed the game and made it insanely easy but I never expected this.

Resist! The rest time has a cap. The faster leveling does not mean much cause 60 - 70 can be a bear if you do not have a few folks to assist. Save your soul! Stay out! How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Save your soul! Stay out! It's not the rest time; they've always had that. It's just generally a lot easier 1-60. I recreated my Rikaelus character as a warrior earlier this year and had him to 60 within about 2 weeks - and I wasn't even trying that hard. With the vast majority of their new content being aimed at 60+ (and now 70+), they want people to get up there as quick as possible. Which is incredibly stupid, if you ask me. They're basically moving towards making the first 60 levels pointless. Hell, the new Death Knight class * starts* at level 55! Talk about taking a shit on their own game - but at least you need to have a level 55 character already to make one.
