He's auto headshotting people as sniper. His gun jerks to their heads and POP.

I also have a longer demo, but I think the short one does the trick.
First shot, he is 'aiming' at feet, but gets headshot.
Second shot, he's not even loooking at the target, gun snaps over and headshots someone.
Let me know if you need more. But there were lots of witnesses and he was openly taunting people.
