Mic spamming and using exploit. Someone said they thought
Valve fixed the exploit. "Apparently not!" was this guy's response
and kept doing what he was doing.
Nate kicked him several times as did Leon, but he came back
each time.
I banned him for 7 days, but I request to turn this into a
PERMABAN as the guy knew he was doing it, knew he shouldn't,
and still tried to taunt us with it.

yes it was very annoying.. even when he was asked nicely.. several times, he wouldn't stop.. and the music he was playin was crappy too! I'd second Cantrip's recommendation if asked.
