ok so here is a direct port of school for team fortress 2. the textures are exactly the same as the original version, so its not all cartoonish looking like the other team fortress 2 maps. because its the same and you all have played it before i'm not uploading screenshots. <download>

let me know if the spawns cause a problem. when i tested it on my computer you freeze for 3 seconds after you spawn, but then you can move freely. if people start getting stuck in the spawn or getting killed in the spawn room this can be a problem and i can build a work around if needed. it also just might be my computer being stupid because it uses the same spawning system as in HL2DM and HL2CTF and this wasn't a problem there.

I found that if someone drops the intel on the stairs coming out of the intel room the intel goes underneath the stairs and you can't pick it back up until it resets

i will have to check that out, thanks.
i plan on making some changes and release a new version of this map soon. i plan on adding some new sounds to the map as well as some TF2 textures. the doors don't seem to be a problem because they are big enough for all the different classes to fit through. i am also going to check the celing in the bathroom because somebody got stuck there during an explosion. i want to find out if it was a glitch or if there is actually a problem with the map. i'm also thinking about doing something so that a scout can double jump out of the shower room, but i don't konw how i want to do that yet.
any other suggestions let me know and i can make the changes. i know this seems to be a scout map, so any suggestion about how it can put a damper on the scouts might be something to think about as well.

Are you going to redo the coloring or textures of it, the common discussion around it during play is its too bright or needs to be redone visually wise.

its too bright because the lighting wasn't rendered and so because of that its fullbright everywhere. the lighting wasn't changed, so imagine what it was in the HL2DM and thats what it should have been. i will be adding new models into the map as well as some new textures as well.
