Okay, for something like this, we need some evidence other than "omg he must wallhack". A demo is a start. However, I played with him today and didn't see anything unusual. I killed him, he killed me. Theonly thing I noticed is his in-game points were at an absurdly high number compared to anyone else at all, but that's nothing incriminating. Unless we can get some solid evidence that he is breaking rules, nothing can be done. If you suspect something fishy, call an admin. {pDs} Lead Salad: bike why did you change your name

However, based on the information you provided about his portraiting to be a member of someone's else clan and not infringing on any of {pDs} rules in your original post, I cannot or will not ban him or anyone else. You posted, after asked, that he was doing "walls" but I ponder why this wasn't mentioned in your original post. Instead, you posted irrelevant information; who his friends are(n't), comparison between his steam account and when TF2 was released, etc.
If you have a screenshot or other proof of his portraiting a clansman of another clan, then perhaps you could relay this information to them, although I would probably let the matter alone, as they're probably not concerned with what people do on servers that do not belong to them.
If you have a video demo or other pertinent evidence outside these concerns, such as wall hacking, then I'd be happy to consider it. it slipped my mind to mention it. and its not irrelevant information about his steam friends. if you check what hackers do is, they put on an absurd clan tag, say they're cal/cpl, brag about it. have no friends in said clan because its fake. have a newer steam because he was probably recently banned.
