When dust bowl starts one team has time to set up their sentries and things, but when you are on offense and the opposing team heavy shoots you in your spawn through a glitch in the wall, is it considered glitching?

Yeah... but we don't enforce that one...... Valve really just needs to fix their fucking maps. I expect this shit from customs... but from officials after so many patches? Please.
