yuckbutt and cannon fodder are now confirmed.
The dates seem to be throwing people off.
The main event is Saturday the 16th.
Friday the 15th is when I'll be setting up. There will be drinks and food for those wishing to kick it anyway. I've got a 56" tv... Bring movies or something....
However, Saturday is when the bulk of the people are showing up... so don't come on friday and be like "waaah this is gay u suck I'm outtie."
Sunday is recovery day. If there's enough interest we can keep the party going... but I assume most people will be nursing their hangovers. I promise there will be a ton of ice cold blue gatorade or whatever people want to rehydrate the following morning, I'll also be cooking waffles and bacon and eggs and whatever... It's my Russian herritage. No one goes hungry.
There is no fee or anything. However, bring your own computer. I don't have extras. I have all the consoles except the ps3... so bring the games you want to play. Controllers. Your blankey... whatever you think you'll need to make this an enjoyable time. Feel free to bring food if you want. I know Spaniard always shows up with his Martha Stewart bullshit and brings like a chocolate thing he bakes... that I can't eat because it has nuts.... which were invented by nazis.
This falls on summer vaca for me... so I'm here... always. You guys can come and go as you please. One thing we must remember though is that while this condo is super awesome, we share a wall with our neighbor... who's a really cool dude... but after around midnight we'll need to keep the volume down a bit... Which brings me to my next subject:
Bring headphones. No speakers allowed. The last thing we need for covert lan action missions is someone listening to you build units or capturing flags. If you've never been to a lan before this might be confusing. But I'll kill your speakers with a hammer if you bring them.
Depending on how things go, and if we continue through sunday, everyones gotta fuck off by mid monday.

I got rejected to go to Morocco. Bastards.. so I'll be able to come for sure. How necessary is it that we bring computers over? My computer's a peice of shit, and I don't feel like having to deal with moving it.

so im gonna get a laptop for this expedition. im not lugging my jagnormous rig on the train. any recommendations? i've looked at alienware, but there "gaming laptops" only use pc3200 which kind of strays me since the core duos use ddr2 667. but then again thats the core duo fsb while the mobile turons cap at 800. so i dunno, not to mention the duos only want to use a single 256 1900xt mobile instead of allowing me to SLI with 2 512 cards.
so any recommendations would be good.
probably ought to PM so im not to overly hijacking whuts thread
