Just as everything was looking good something goofy happens,
I went to do some final editing to dm_junkyard, however I can't find my vmf file for it?, I see all others but not that one.Can you edit a bsp file? or convert it back for editing? and how? also how do you add your name (credits) to a map? and while I am here how would add a banner (WDFnews.com) ?

if you can't find your .vmf file for some reason, and you have all the others. you can rename the .vmx file to a .vmf. hammer makes a back up and saves it as a .vmx file (they should be exactly the same). all you have to do is change the extension and you should be good to go. as for the credits, i haven't done it to my maps, but i'm sure all you need is an info_text, with a timer set to map start. you can always ask murdy how he does it. i'm sure there is more then one way.

LLenta Thanks dude , I was ready to launch the computer into the pool. I found the backup! I had a problem with Steam and had to reload not too long ago, i think that's when the file disappeared.
Anyway added handrails, removed all 4 barrells from 2nd level and fixed the charging stations.
I will be at work the next few days, after that I will finish up ( sorry 12 hour shifts.)

lol, its like the teacher is tired of the random stupid questions and whats to sit down in a tutorial session and get them all out at once. sounds good to me. although i don't really have any questions myself at the molment, i would show just to sit in and learn something new.
