This hits particularly close to home with a relationship I was in. We did this exact same shit to each other, so it wasn't only her, I pulled the same shit. Basically there's a level of guilt and a want to tell said significant other about said indiscretions, and at the same time there is a crippling fear of losing them. It's not as if we don't care for them deeply, but we have needs, etc. It becomes a selfish thing, the want to hold onto something that's good for you while maintaining the whole "getting my rocks off" thing.


Now, while I was scrolling the page to get to the reply button, I notices a couple replies about how she may not have fucked him, but was in the same bed. This concept may actually be true, but it's doubtful. I've had women sleep in my bed and not fucked them.

Why?

Because I was wasted and after years of wasted experience, knew that due to the amount of whiskey or scotch I had consumed, my dick wouldn't work. Period. I was apparently sober enough to recognize this fact. Had I not been as wasted, I would have fucked her brains out.

I had a girlfriend once who was just like this. Tried to play things off as harmless, even going as far as painting me as a paranoid asshole. Turns out she was the biggest whore on the planet.


People like to imagine that their circumstances are different. That they are unique. Guess what? They aren't. Human nature is human nature. Just because she wore black lingerie as opposed to red lingerie doesn't make the behavior different.


Point his dumb ass to this thread. If you're reading this, "chuck," I spent six years of my life buying into this shit. These are the guys, by the way, who she's comfortable telling you about because it's otherwise hard to justify said missing days with her schedule. Imagine the guys she's not telling you about. You have my sympathies and my apologies, but get the fuck away from that. You'll spend the rest of your life hurting over it the longer she manipulates you, and you'll begin to question your sanity.

In my opinion, unless you're married, what happens when the lady leaves the room matters exactly none.

It's tough to say, because without any amount of evidence (past incidents notwithstanding) it's tough to lay down an allegation based on hearsay, which is all this seems to amount to. There's likely a lot we're not seeing here. I'd still put five bucks on she fucked him though.

I've never understood this sentiment. While "dating" sometimes allows for multiple relationships at once, a serious exclusive relationship certainly doesn't. Though I had some girlfriends in the past I had no intention of marrying, while with them I was with only them--as loyal to them as my wife, for the time I was with them.

I know, I know. I just like to take every opportunity to remind people I haven't forgotten about it. =P My creative interests go through cycles and it's just a matter of time until they come back to coding. Neat thing is... whether it's mapping, artwork, or coding... the site works as an outlet for all of them.
