Assuming I can get my computer up and running when I return home. I was thinking about starting a GW account. The trilogy pack is roughly 20-30 bucks and I'll probably get eye of the north on top of that as well. Do any of you play and can maybe comment about the current state of the game?

I own it, and its fun. GW is quite alive, and many players are gearing up for GW2. I just don't play it much cuz MMO's are hard for me to get into.

I have it. Was a fun single-player game. Never got into any multiplayer parts of it.

Got me internet up and running, I'll hit you up whenever. A cousin of mine has been playing since the beginning and can give us some hookups

I've been playing it way too much as well...I'd say the current state is seemingly alive and well. I'm sure at one point it had way more players or something, but it still seems to be populated pleanty. I've ran across a few nice players who've hooked me up big time, so much that Drakhen's still bitching I didn't let him know so he could get hooked up too.
So yea, hit it up when you're playing, I'd be glad to party with someone who can find their way around the map.
