In an hour of Darkness a blind man is the best guide. In an age of Insanity look to the madman to lead the way.

Of COURSE it will be in 3-D.

I'm so tired of that particular money maker.

Ali Larter looks hott in it.

I've totally lost track of the video games - are the movies at all close or even touching on the games any more?

Both have zombies (of a kind) and a few other key staples to the franchise. Other than that, the movies are stand alone, and the games work off of the canonical source material. Either way you look at them, they both make little to no sense. =P

Basically what 12 said. The movies borrow from the games in the same sense that all the mario games all have the same people but have butt-fuck-nothing else to do with each other.
