Oh and the first ninja turtles game was fucking hard as hell. If anybody has beaten that game legitimately, my hat's off to ya.

I did beat it legit, but not until I was in high school :O The Ninja Turtle games were crazy hard, but 1 was by far the hardest!
Oh, and Kung-Fu and Double Dragon! Hard games too.

Battle Toads for the NES was freaking hard. My friend and I could never get past the second level where you're falling. Maybe because we'd always be fighting over the stick...

Yeah battletoads was really hard too. Although my friends and I could well past the second level, it took months and months to beat because the second of the cycle race type levels was very fast and required you to basically know the course....which sucked because you had to play through the game to get there just to practice...and then when your continues ran out, you were fucked and had to start at the beginning again.
we only beat it once, because the difficulty was so fucking hard with two players especially.

I played my SNES well into the mid 2000's (2004 or 2005?), and the day I turned it on and it produced strange noises and distorted, fragmented video, I cried a tear.

My SNES still works since the day it was bought, but some of the games are so old the files get deleted, like Link to the Past sadly.

I am now on my third NES as well, it works with all the problems of yesteryear gloriously so <3

And my N64 is still as live as ever but don't play it for more than five hours in one day or else it just gets too hot and tired.

Your SNES cartridge just needs a new save battery.

What sort of problems is your NES having?

1. How do I get a new save battery for it?

2. Oh the usual flashing grey screen, I know that's a connector problem though.
