Our broadband contract from Tiscali runs out soon (30th Nov), so now we're going to sign up for a broadband and phone package from Tiscali which is much cheaper, as BT are a ripping us off on the phone package.
We had a letter from BT saying that our 12 month contract with them, which I didn't know we had, also runs out soon (9th Nov), and it will be automatically renewed. This 'contract', which has a huge cancellation fee, is completely unnecessary and saves us barely anything off our phone bill.
So we rang BT more than a week ago and told the Asain bloke "WE DO NOT WANT TO RENEW OUR CONTRACT"
Had a letter today;
"Thank you for Renewing your Contract with BT"
Arrrrrrrrrrhhh!!
Last year we asked them for my Dad to be taken off the telephone bill, but instead, they changed our telephone number, wtf????
