This is completely off topic....lol. Whatever! So he should come to California (rank 46 out of 50 states) on a survey taken on aptitude in both reading and mathmatics for the 8th grade level. Texas scored 33rd. I think we should all look to California to provide us a model of superior edumacacion. From overcrowding classes, to mixed language schools where the teacher cant understand the 4 different languages of the students, and vice versa. Quote:

I use to live in washington, I can easily say you will have a great time (unless you go in December, then it will just suck). There are so many things to do, if you are an outside person, so many parks, and awesome sites, if you are an indoor person....Seattle is like...the computer place of the world.
