Perhaps it's time to start talking about Penguinlan '09?
PAX is in two months (September 4th through 6th). I haven't ordered tickets yet, although it's not really necessary since you can just walk up and buy a ticket there. I'm betting they will probably have Starcraft 2 booths there again. Not to mention tons of other booths promoting new games and arcades as well. Last year was the first time I went, and I went there with Endyss for about 3 hours. They had playable booths for SC2, L4D, Rock Band 2, and some other stuff I can't remember. Maybe Fallout 3. Omegathon final round was very amusing.
My sixth sense is telling me there's gonna be something big this year.. this may just be a manifestation of my own hopes and dreams, but I think Valve is going to drop something on us there.. something besides L4D2.
Remember the facts:
1. Whut has a beast house and throws wicked parties
2. He has hella fucking lights and stereo equipment, and a bar
3. He has a hot tub in an amazing back yard
4. I have wicked dank buds
5. Whut's girlfriend has even danker buds
6. PAX is super fun
7. John G raped and murdered my wife
Maybe it's a bit presumptuous of me to start this thread. I don't know if Whut is planning on hosting a party this year, he might not be able to afford it.
But last years was pretty damn cool.
