While playing on the server "The Tempest #1 OFFICIAL MAPS-HLSTATSX-WDFNews.com" server IP "207.210.252.108:27016" at 1:25 am EST on 6/29/2009 I was banned for "team stacking" by "{pDs} WDFuckingChickenNuggets!!".
The following people were also banned with me.
God of Grunts (me) Ikimono VanillaNinja09 sooth Ender etnaD
For one, nothing in your server rules states that friends playing on the same team is against the rules. He was just upset that his team was being defeated repeatedly. Secondly, he demanded that we split up or leave and that we "Can go stack teams on your own time."
I would greatly appreciate my friends and I to be un-banned from your servers (since your server is in our top three favorites) and for some sort of disciplinary action to be carried out on this Mod.

I was one of the players who was banned as well. (Ikimono)
It was really frustrating having to deal with this moderator. Every few rounds he would do a Force-Team-Switch in the middle of the match, which would reset the maps and split my friends 50/50. We were all at one of our houses to have fun and play some good spirited games together.
As soon as we stopped playing things like solo scout and pyro, and started playing as Heavy-Medic combos, our points began to drastically increase, and our team had a solid defense from the many scouts and suicidal pyros that were on the other team. (which wouldn't work against a heavy by himself anyway)
This was the point when the Mod began to force-switch teams. At that point, people even on his team began to complain about him stopping gameplay. There was a moment When a "vote-teamswitch" was called, The vote failed with 65% against the vote switch. (this was also in the last 4 minutes of the game, so tension was high in hopes for a win) approximatly 30 seconds after the vote failed, the moderator force-switched the teams and the game restarted.
All in all, the moderator was much more disrupting to the gameplay for everyone than any of the players who were "team stacking"
He seemed more like a player who was tired of being on the wrong end of the stick and threw a hissy fit over it, than a moderator allowing the democracy of the vote decide. Rather than only using moderator powers when needed to ban cheaters/Hackers/disruptive players.
P.S. anyone who uses the excuse "Stop Trolling our Server" to describe a few friends playing well together, needs a time out.
