Hello!
I was banned on 3/28/09 at 5:35PM PST on the Tempest 1 TF2 server. The admin was {pDs} K_Buz.
I exclusively play Sniper, in order to facilitate my aiming skills and target prioritization. I have been lucky to have occassional killstreaks as my aim improves, but this is a random occurrence, as I do not hack nor see any desire to hack whatsoever in the future. While my performance can be spotty at best, I can understand that the sudden headshot mania may raise suspicions from an outside oberver. If any further information is required, I will be glad to assist.
On a final note, I appreciate the cordiality that K_Buz expressed in directing me to this website to dispute my ban.

I spec'd for a long time with the demo recording. The thing I saw that caused me to pull the trigger on this action was when you headshotted a sniper without seeing him. (final point lvl 1 Egypt, in the dark room). See, I would normally chalk this up as luck, but the fact you didn't randomly shoot there previous told me that you knew someone was in there. I have seen many videos on different cheats. Not all wallhacks are the same. I don't think you could actually see thru walls, but I do think that you could tell there was someone in there. I do not have the final say and if I got it wrong, all will be righted. I have to chop up the demo into a respectable size, upload it, and let the other admins view it. There is something to be said about being respectful, and I do appreciate the way you went about disputing the ban. We will try to expidite this for you.

Ill review both sides as well as the evidence provided. Just please abit patient while I go over some stuff. We encourage our server admins to be very spacfic when it comes to banning. Our admins only ban as a last line of defence. Im also glad we're civilized people here so this issue will be done and over with as quickly as possible. Thanks for taking time in coming here. *edit* Ok I went through the evidence and I felt there wasn't anything much wrong. Ill have your ban lifted as soon as I finish this post. Well, in most TF2 servers, there arent a whole lot of sniper spots, and the ones that there are are "This is a sniper spot" sort of spots, so that snipers will be able to locate other team snipers quickly to un-suppress teammates. If the other team's sniper was in one of the general areas, that could be a possibility.
