Are we running on an emergency backup server right now? That might explain some things I'm seeing (server lag, 4 cores instead of 8). It also might explain why it's been impossible to get #6 running (even with no addons) - it was originally assigned to a high CPU number, and I think it's still set to a CPU that doesn't exist. Since the current server doesn't have that many cores, it's not showing those settings to allow me to un-select it.... and thus bad things happen and it crashes all the time.
