of course this works on some community, it can work here too... here is some exemples that get full games all the time : KKG servers do a friday night melee tournement ( 100 % full servers ) [AoC] does a wednesday lander night ( either highlander or faillander ) TF2F did a latenight scrim on every night for people still awake at 10pm ++ but now TF2F's servers are all down... faillander is more like titaniumphoenix would like it to be...its only for fun... now you got to be like : what the hell is a faillander ? a faillander uses the same rules as a highlander...its a 9 vs 9 with 1 player per class blue captain picks red team member's class ( he chooses with what he thinks is going to be the other person's worst class ) exemple : you all know Duckta demoman skills....but did you ever see duckta play as a soldier ? exemple 2 : most of you know im a decent sniper....but did you ever see me play demoman ( i dont wanna give tips to the captain in faillander if i play...meh ) there is alot more things going....there is TWL league that isnt too serious...most of the teams playing on TWL are casual clans.

Oh man, soldier is the last thing I'd wanna be... I love that idea!
