I've been receiving a lot of donations lately. I want to thank everyone for their support.
However, I've been pretty swamped lately. I'm trying to get to everyone's donations and add them/update their slots.
Unfortunately I'm a bit overwhelmed right now. If you have donated, could you please send me a PM to remind me about who you are. The more info the better (so I can look up donation info).
Next week things will slow down again and I'll be able to get on top of stuff.
Also, I've noticed the site has been loading very sluggishly every once in a while. It's happening more often now than it used to. I'll ask Sirus to check with our hosts about that.

Yep.
I just got off the phone with Donkey. Seems my understanding of the situation was a bit clearer than Erkdogs.
He's asked Erkdog to transfer full control of Tempest 4 to me. He's highly irritated with the way Erk has handled things in his absence.
As of today it seems I'm in full control to do with as the community sees fit for the server.
The discussion has been locked and Donkey has cleared up all issues.
Essentially if we have another issue with Erkdog, the host, Donkey will stop payment immediately.
I apologize for the flame war that spawned from this nightmare.

We ordered the new server cluster today.
By cluster I mean three servers, but God damnit it's our cluster!
Get excited, it won't be long now.

And that's not all, that's just the beginning.
All old servers will transfer over, obviously, so we'll still have Tempest 1, 2, and 3 and The Abyss ES server.
Get pumped guys. This is what I've been working for for eight years. This was my dream. Unlimited possibilities. It's finally happening. It's happening because of every single one of you who's helped make this community great.

[News] We're no longer Supporting Tempest #4

It has been brought to my attention by a few people that Tempest 4, not hosted by WDFNews.com, is under the control of someone who is not apart of the WDFNews.com team. There have been multiple complaints made to me about said person that I cannot ignore.
As of today we're no longer supporting Tempest #4. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank DonkeyPunch for donating his server to our community, however, at this point I don't feel it is maintaining the same level of quality that I've come to expect from WDFNews.com gaming servers.
Support for Tempest 4 hlstatsx will last until we launch our new server cluster, which we finalized ordering today. I'm hoping that they will arrive on Saturday, but realistically we're looking at a launch next week.
Sorry, Donkey. Thanks again.

[News] Busy

Greetings.
Brief news post about the current state of things. To sum it up, I'm busier than ever now. I don't have time to manage the servers actively. Please send your PMs to Splinter or Dragon as you will get a quicker response or solution from them. While I try and answer every single message I receive, I don't have the time.
